Mamushi is a shinobi from Sunagakure who fought alongside his teammates Sana and Saya during the joint Chuunin Exams. He first appeared in Naruto Shippuuden Episode #398.
Personality-wise, Mamushi's got a pretty unhinged love for combat and violence. What's interesting is how he completely flips around his teammates—he's deeply submissive to Saya in particular, calling her "Lady" and getting visibly nervous whenever she gets angry. It's a stark contrast to his battle-hungry demeanor.
In fights, Mamushi sticks to close and mid-range combat, pulling venomous snakes from his sleeves to attack. These aren't just for show either; his snakes inject paralysing venom that can lock up opponents pretty quickly, making them a legitimate tactical tool rather than just flashy ninja gear.
