Philip—born Raito Sonozaki, though he goes by his adopted name—is the right half of Kamen Rider W, also called Kamen Rider Double. He's basically the brain of the partnership, literally: when he and Shoutarou combine, Philip's consciousness projects into Shoutarou's body to form the rider's right side and mental core.
What makes Philip unique is that he's an avatar of Earth's Gaia Memory itself. This gives him direct access to the Gaia Library, letting him pull up intel on Dopants whenever they're needed. His computational power rivals a supercomputer, which is handy when you need instant information mid-fight. In the Dynamic Duo setup that is Double, Shoutarou provides the muscle and instinct while Philip brings the processing power and strategy.
