Kudari is one of the two leaders running the Battle Subway in Pokémon Black and White, working alongside his older brother Nobori.
He first showed up in BW045 when he and Nobori noticed that Team Rocket had been messing with the track switches. The brothers spent the next episode investigating the disturbances, catching only a brief glimpse of suspicious figures before they vanished. When Ash, Cilan, and Iris ended up on a stopped subway car in BW047-048, that's when they officially met Kudari and Nobori. A few episodes later in BW051, Kudari teamed up with his brother for a tag battle against Ash and Cilan.
Kudari calls Nobori "big brother," making it clear he's the younger of the two.
