Han Shin-Woo is a student at Ye Ran High School known throughout the city for his martial arts prowess—he's skilled in Taekwondo and Hapkido and genuinely feared by local gangs. He's got bright red hair, usually sports a bandage across the bridge of his nose, and is more attractive than people tend to notice, mostly because his attitude doesn't really advertise it.
He meets Rai on the way to school the day Rai awakens, and they gradually become close friends.
