This local beat cop—known as Honkan-san in the anime—is best remembered for being kind of a mess. He's got a serious appetite, a wandering eye, and a habit of just firing his gun randomly whenever he feels like it. Money and promotions are basically all he thinks about.
Physically, he's pretty hard to miss. His most striking feature is his enormous eyes that basically merge into one continuous eyeball. He's also got prominent buck teeth jutting out from his jaw, and weirdly, just a single nostril positioned dead center on his nose. His actual name according to creator Akatsuka is Mentama Tsunagari Omawari-san.
