The top-ranked Pandora at West Genetics Academy and a third-year student, she also serves as student council president—the same role that had her escorting Kazuya around on his first day. Her personality comes across as pretty easygoing and friendly, but don't let that fool you. She takes the academy's rules seriously, especially the ban on unsanctioned Pandora battles.
Like everyone else at the school, she warns Kazuya to stay away from Satellizer, seemingly out of genuine fear. But here's the thing: Chiffon herself is absolutely one of the monsters of the series. She's almost certainly stronger than Satellizer, which she's even joked about with Kazuya. The other students just don't know it yet.
Her actual power level remains somewhat mysterious, but what's been confirmed is pretty impressive. She's got four regular stigmas and no inherited ones, yet she's developed her own unique technique called "Illusion Turn." She's capable of taking down Arnett McMillian, the third-year rank no.4, in a single strike. She also managed to defeat Milena Marius, a fourth-year Chevalier from East Genetics, without taking a scratch—though she had Ticy Phenyl's help for that one.
Ranked first among West Genetics' third-years and one of the world's top five Pandoras overall.
