The Nosirs are a trio of Yo-kai triplets best known for being contrarian jerks who deny everything and shoot down compliments without hesitation. All three are short and dress identically in purple sweater vests, blue bowties, and magenta pants, along with black eye masks. They've got thick noses and dirty blond hair, though you can tell them apart by their quirks: one wears small glasses, another has a prominent nose hair he carries around with a vanity mirror, and the third is. well, just the third one.
The English localization made some weird choices with these guys. Most notably, the nose hair got replaced with a stream of olive-colored snot, which is exactly as gross as it sounds. Meanwhile, each Nosir got a signature verbal tic in the anime dub—one says "Uh-uh-uh," another insists "Nosiree Bob!", and the snot one predictably declares "That's snot it!"
Their ability to Inspirit people works by making them second-guess their own decisions, which is particularly annoying in high-pressure situations like academic tests where they amp up unnecessary stress. The leader of the group can actually possess objects, most notably the Yo-kai Watch itself, and is responsible for that error sound you hear whenever someone jams a medal in the wrong way.
