Simon's a tall Black Russian who rolled into the city to lend a hand to his buddy who owns a sushi restaurant. His real name is Semyon, but nobody calls him that—it's Simon all the way.
He comes across as genuinely friendly and easygoing, but don't let that fool you. The guy's legitimately dangerous. He can break up a fight between grown men twice his size with basically one arm, and he's gone toe-to-toe with Shizuo, one of Ikebukuro's most feared fighters, and held his own. He's the kind of person who seems like he'd help you move apartments on a Tuesday, then casually remind you he could snap you in half if he felt like it.
