Horologium is one of Lucy Heartfilia's Celestial Spirits, and he's basically a walking clock that doubles as a shelter. His main gig is keeping people safe inside his wooden body while narrating what's happening outside—which is equal parts useful and kind of amusing. Lucy pulls him out whenever she needs protection from the elements, especially in harsh weather like snow, or when she just needs a ride somewhere.
In a fight, Horologium's hard wooden exterior makes him solid defensively, so he can tank hits for whoever's inside him. That said, he's not really a combat spirit in the offensive sense—he won't be throwing attacks or taking down enemies on his own. His real limitation, though, is that he operates on a strict timer. Once his summoning time runs out, he heads straight back to the Spirit World whether things are safe or not, which has occasionally left Lucy in some pretty sketchy situations.
