Doll is a Marine Vice Admiral and Commander of the G-14 Marine Base.
Doll is a tall, busty woman with striking blue eyes, long eyelashes, and short black hair with bangs. She favors a black short-sleeved top that shows cleavage, paired with black leather pants, a brown belt, and a skull-and-crossbones buckle. She also wears a spiked choker, hoop earrings, and has small purple flower tattoos on her arms.
Personality-wise, Doll comes across as fairly cold and unsentimental. She was quick to ask Tashigi to shut Helmeppo up when he was upset about Koby's kidnapping, and she was genuinely irritated when Garp mobilized Navy resources to rescue Koby from the Blackbeard Pirates without asking permission first. That said, she does have a softer side when it comes to kids—she backed Vegapunk's idea to string up balloons around the G-14 Branch to cheer up the children from Punk Hazard.
Like most Marines, Doll is devoted to justice, though it's unclear whether she leans toward Moral Justice or Absolute Justice. She's plenty strong too—strong enough to kick a Mark III Pacifista and actually damage it.
