Falkendotzine Miradiasordzit, or Zine Mira before ruling, also known as the Mad Emperor, is the actual emperor of Mira and their representative in the Holy Alliance. He's famous for have a hard to understand mentallity and amazing looks. After the events of the White Castle Battle Arc he declared war against Alion Kingdom and the Goddess.
