A traveling dancer who moves around with Kokonoe, he's best known for his tragic backstory—two years before the series begins, someone who looked just like Sousuke wiped out his entire village and killed his family. When he finally encounters Sousuke in person, he immediately attacks him, convinced he's found his family's killer.
Despite his distinctly feminine appearance (which even caught Kobungo off guard when she developed a crush on him without realizing he was male), he's surprisingly strong—strong enough that even Shino took notice. It's one of those character quirks fans often bring up.
