Atsuko Kagura
A high-ranking member of the Saint Church and sits on the TSAB's board of directors. She's best known for her close ties to Mobile Section 6, where she serves as a key supporter—and she's basically a sister figure to Hayate, who relies on her guidance.
Atsuko practices the Ancient Belka system and holds one of the rare authorizations to release the limiter on Hayate's magic, a responsibility she shares with Chrono. Beyond her administrative duties, she's a skilled diviner who uses cards to read future events, giving her insight that often proves valuable to the team.
Her name was inspired by the Toyota Camry Gracia.
