Keito comes across as a cool, composed type—the kind of person who naturally draws attention without trying too hard. She's crossed paths with Yoko and her group on a few occasions, and there's definitely something there; she seems genuinely interested in Yoko.
According to Ikumi, though, there's more to her than the cool exterior suggests. Ikumi insists Keito's actually a good person at heart, just happens to be clumsy. It's one of those cases where first impressions don't tell the whole story.
