Chiaka Sakashita's Father

Consumed by loss and fueled by rumors, he blames Amane Suou for surviving an accident that killed his daughter—and takes matters into his own hands by attempting to hold Amane and her friends hostage. Rather than accept what happened, he's convinced that Amane is somehow responsible for his daughter's death, and he's willing to resort to violence because of it.
