The Obake Times Editor is a youkai character from the GeGeGe no Kitarou franchise who's basically a stock character at this point. He's best known for his job as an editor at the Obake Times, which is actually where his name comes from—he first showed up in the story "I'm a Freshman" working that exact position, and the name just stuck.
