K'uhul Ajaw is one of the Thirteen Sovereign Lords and Kinich's longtime companion. He holds titles including the Almighty Dragonlord and the Tenth Lord—though he's also known by the more poetic "Undying Wings of Lofty Isolation," a name that hints at his ancient identity as Aj Imuch' Paxlaq Lahun.
What makes Ajaw genuinely unusual, even among dragons and Saurians, is his form. He's essentially flat and pixelated, with a body he can reshape almost at will. His default appearance is pretty distinct: a small yellow body with detached yellow hands, a white belly, and a striped yellow-and-green tail that coils up on itself. He's got green hair and back scales to match, and he's never without a pair of black sunglasses—his green eyes are supposedly visible through them. The whole thing is held together through Phlogiston.
When he gets genuinely angry, though, his whole vibe changes noticeably. His sunglasses balloon up in size, his hair and back scales spike out, his tail straightens and stands on end, and both his head and hands shift to a red-orange color. It's a pretty clear tells-all moment.
