CereCere is the pink-haired leader of the Quartet and easily the most mature of the group—at least that's what she'd tell you. She works as a trapeze artist at the circus and has the ability to manipulate flowers, which earned her the title Flower Magician. Her Senshi counterpart is Sailor Venus, and she's strongly associated with pink and yellow.
According to Naoko Takeuchi, CereCere carries herself with an aristocratic air and definitely has a sexy appeal. She's the oldest of the four sisters, a detail that mirrors both the size of the dwarf planet Ceres (which she's named after) and the Roman goddess Ceres. The manga later reveals she's actually Sailor Ceres, one of Chibiusa's four protectors.
In the anime, though, CereCere's maturity is mostly an act. She can be vain and arrogant—the kind of person who'll chase down an artist to ask him to repaint her portrait—and she loves showing off whenever she's out of her circus uniform. The other Amazonesses constantly call her lazy, and they're probably not wrong given how often she drops the act to just have fun. She apparently despises dried squid, which is oddly specific. When she summons lemures, they're always plant-based creatures, a fitting callback to her namesake goddess of vegetation and harvest.
