Anna's probably best known for her theatrical personality—she's got this whole thing going with archaic vocabulary and heavy German sprinkled into her speech, which fans often note is pretty much textbook chuunibyou behavior. It's part of what makes her memorable; she doesn't blend in. She's also prone to delusions where she imagines herself trapped in some kind of institution, which ties into that same over-the-top sensibility.
One of her quirks is how she refers to her left eye: the "Cursed, Scarlet, Glamorous, Evil Eye." It's exactly the kind of grandiose naming you'd expect from someone leaning hard into the whole dramatic aesthetic.
