A girl from Xinjiang with a Japanese mother, she's named after the ancient Loulan Kingdom and grew up in the Taklamakan desert. Issei first encountered her during his search for the second Apostle, and she ended up helping him with the mission. Though she didn't know much about wine initially, she has an incredible sense of smell that actually rivals Shizuku's—impressive enough that Issei invited her back to Japan to assist in his Apostle hunts.
