Leanman
Leader of the Ueno gang Night Dust.
Leanman's a short, stocky guy who goes hard on the accessories—we're talking sunglasses, a single ear piercing on his left lobe, and a chunky gold chain that's basically part of his identity at this point. His everyday fit is pretty casual: grey crew neck sweatshirt, black sweats, and brown sneakers. Nothing fancy, but he pulls it off.
He's got serious clout in Tokyo's delinquent scene, particularly around Ueno where Night Dust operates. Chifuyu Matsuno's described him as a juggernaut—which pretty much says it all about how people view him in the underworld.
