Mr. Stewart is a government agent in Sonic X who goes undercover as a teacher at Station Square Elementary School. His mission: keep tabs on Sonic and his crew under the codename "Chalkboard Charlie," apparently working directly for the President. He doesn't stick to orders very well, though, which lands him reassigned to other jobs that end up crossing paths with Sonic's group again and again in both the anime and Archie Comics series.
