Rapdevil
Rapdevil is a Regular who picked up the nickname "Devil of the Right Arm," though the label's honestly a bit misleading. He's known for his ability to transform his right arm into a black and blue striped form he calls "Power mode"—basically his signature move that sets him apart from other Regulars.
He was hired as a bodyguard or companion to travel with the son of some wealthy company owner, which is how he got pulled into the Tower's deeper circles. He's claimed to have beaten Hatsu, a swordsman and fellow Regular who's apparently made a name for himself, though how much weight that claim carries depends on who you ask.
