Fukuchi is the commander of the Hunting Dogs, leading their operations with a sharp tactical mind. His character design draws inspiration from a real Japanese journalist and kabuki playwright who shared his name, and his Mirror Lion ability is directly inspired by that playwright's famous kabuki work of the same name. The ability itself is pretty straightforward but devastating: whatever weapon he picks up becomes exponentially more effective, making him dangerous in almost any combat situation.
