Diodora was born sometime after Ironside departed Camelot, but his early life was marked by tragedy. While still an infant, he contracted a severe illness—a consequence of poison exposure his mother endured during pregnancy, inflicted by the Demon King during the Holy War. His mother didn't survive, but Ironside managed to save the boy by bringing him to the new Camelot, where he could recover and grow up in safety. Ironside was strict about keeping Diodora within Camelot's walls, convinced that leaving would jeopardize his health.
