Everett Ray is a character from Bakugan Battle Planet best known for promoting a Bakugan battle league. He pitches the idea to Lia and the crew as a way to raise funds to save Pinpoint Park, which the group desperately needs to do.
The Awesome Ones aren't thrilled about commercializing Bakugan battles—they see it as going against what the whole thing should be about. But they go along with it anyway, figuring they can use the league to make a statement about the sport's true values.
Things go south when Dan faces off against China Riot during one of the league matches. Riot escalates things dangerously, racking up collateral damage that freaks out the crowd.
