Yoneo Sasaki is best known as Mantaro Kinniku's unlikely partner during the Chojin Olympics: The Resurrection Arc preliminaries. A heavyset guy dressed in traditional fundoshi, he's basically designed to look like a sumo wrestler—and he's a massive fan of Mantaro, which made their forced partnership either hilarious or awkward depending on how you look at it.
During Mantaro's match against Wash Ass, Yoneo proved himself useful by running a beef bowl stand on the sidelines, though that tells you pretty much everything about his fighting credentials. Beyond that, not much is known about the guy. He's occasionally spotted rolling around in a limousine with people calling him "Chairman," which suggests he's probably got money and connections, but the show never really explores it. He hung around as a supporting character through most of the arc, popping up whenever Mantaro needed backup or comic relief.
