A water deity with short blue hair and a youthful, soft-spoken presence. She's best known for taking Sui under her wing—literally blessing the slime instead of Mukohda, who frankly has no talent for water magic. The whole arrangement works out because Sui gets divine favor and the goddess gets access to some seriously good otherworldly food, which apparently matters even to immortal beings.
In the spin-off Sui's Great Adventure, their relationship deepens. The two start having these long late-night conversations that eventually lead to Sui seeing Rusalka more like an older sister than a distant deity. Fans often note that this dynamic is where Rusalka's character really gets fleshed out beyond her initial aloof goddess role.
