Rappa showed up on Penacony like a flash of light in the middle of the night, calling herself a ninja and explaining literally everything through the lens of "ninjutsu." She's all-in on the philosophy—reciting ninja mantras, creating Dazzling Ninja Seals, mastering techniques—but her version of ninjutsu includes rap, graffiti, and comics. She's self-disciplined and genuinely committed to roaming the cosmos as a Galaxy Ranger, hunting down the villain Evil Ninja Osaru across the stars in pursuit of justice.
Visually, she's hard to miss. Rappa's got light skin and light green eyes, with a messy pink bob that extends into a long ponytail past her hips, streaked with blue. Her side bangs have blue in them too. She wears a black and red hat decorated with red oni horns and hanging black straps on the front.
Her outfit's equally eye-catching: a knotted white cropped shirt with graffiti in purples, blacks, yellows, and greens, with the left sleeve short and the right side completely sleeveless. Gold-framed cutouts on both sides expose her collarbones. Under that's a black fishnet crop top showing her navel, and over everything sits a short unzipped red jacket with a long right sleeve and knitted cuff. A red and green flame-patterned flag hangs from the back down to her thighs. She's got layered fingerless gloves—fishnet underneath, red on top—and a black strap buckled around her right arm. Black shorts with a white golden-buckled belt, black open-toed ankle boots, and leg warmers in black (one hitting mid-shin, the other going to the knee) round things out.
