Big Madam
Big Madam was a major player in the ghoul underworld, running one of the most extensive black market operations around. What she's probably most remembered for, though, is raising Juuzou Suzuya—keeping him as a human "pet" and putting him through serious abuse during his childhood. That relationship fundamentally shaped who Juuzou became.
Nutcracker was thought to work under Big Madam's organization, and because of that connection, she became a high-priority target for the CCG's investigations.
