Chitose's older brother and manager at Number One Produce, Gojou takes his job seriously—maybe too seriously for his sister's taste. She calls him "Gojo-kun" and basically treats him like company property, which doesn't sit well with him despite being the older sibling.
In the novels, the two share a cramped two-bedroom apartment near Shinjuku that they couldn't actually afford on their salaries alone. Their parents help cover the rent. Gojou gets frustrated with Chitose's laziness—she didn't even bother reading the source material before or after landing a voice role—though he's willing to acknowledge that whether a voice actor reads the original light novel isn't necessarily a dealbreaker for delivering a good performance.
Before managing, Gojou was a voice actor himself, using the catchphrase "the noble son of bass." He had one shot at a leading role, but the show tanked commercially, so he hung up the microphone and moved behind the scenes instead. During that acting phase, he worked alongside Koto Katakura.
Eventually Gojou stops managing Chitose and becomes Nanami's manager instead. He wears glasses in "Girlish Number Shura."
