Rive Shindou
Rive is Chrono Shindou's father and older brother to Mikuru. He's best known as one of the co-founders of both FIVA and the mysterious Gear Chronicle clan, though he ended up in that role somewhat by circumstance.
Back when he was competing, Rive teamed up with Shin Nitta and Mark Whiting to form Team Nippon. During that time, he ran a Tachikaze deck built around the Engorge skill. Fans have theorized that his avatar is Emperor Dragon, Gaia Emperor, though it's never been officially confirmed.
