Pururut is the CPU of Planeptune in the 1980s-parallel universe of Neptunia V. Her nickname is Pururun.
She's got a soft, gentle look that makes her seem pretty harmless—and honestly, she probably is. But don't let that fool you into thinking she takes her Goddess duties seriously, because she definitely doesn't. She'd rather skip out on work to have fun, which puts her right in line with Neptune's whole approach to responsibility.
There's definitely something going on with her and Neptune though. She's often seen carrying a Neptune doll around, which suggests more than casual interest. One of her special attacks actually involves stomping on the thing with a voodoo-doll-style effect on enemies, hinting at a minor sadistic side—nothing like Iris Heart's level, but it's there.
