The head designer behind Futuring Girl—basically Aoi's go-to brand. He's known for being a perfectionist, to the point where it actually held him back. He spent so long chasing the idea of making the "perfect dress" that he couldn't see he'd already created something amazing.
Rei had basically shut himself off from the world until Aoi came along and helped him realize that perfection isn't the whole point. Her perspective shifted something in him. In return, he gave her the premium Kaleido Mirror Coord cards as a thank-you—a pretty generous gift that shows how much her words meant to him.
