Dooya started out as an assassin from the Northern Tribes before Kurome killed her and converted her corpse into a puppet soldier under her control. Even dead, she kept the confident, upbeat personality she'd had in life—something Kurome noted about her.
In combat, Dooya dual-wielded hand guns and was genuinely skilled with them. She could hang with Mine, who fancied herself a "genius marksman," and actually gave her a tough fight. The real edge Dooya had came from her status as a reanimated corpse: she didn't feel pain or get tired, which meant she could go toe-to-toe with Teigu users despite not having a Teigu herself.
