Rin
Rin is a first-year high school student who's actually Asahi's granddaughter from the future. She came back in time to stop a dystopian timeline where an entity called "Charasmatic Female Pervert II" basically took over the world, enslaved most of the male population, and corrupted the female population into perverts. Pretty dire stuff.
She travels using a dragon-shaped time machine and carries a sword that does the opposite of what you'd expect—instead of slicing things up, it makes clothing more modest. It's a weird weapon, but it works for her mission.
Personality-wise, Rin keeps to herself most of the time. She's protective of Asahi in a way that's kind of endearing but also awkward, since she treats him like her grandfather despite his younger appearance. She doesn't really adjust her behavior based on how old he looks, which creates some funny dynamics since he's technically younger than her in terms of biology.
