A P.E. teacher at a cram school who's earned the nickname "Ol' Sideburns" among his students—partly affectionate, partly exasperated. He's notorious for bailing on class at a moment's notice whenever he gets a call from someone he refers to as "Kitten," a woman whose real identity remains a mystery. His students have learned not to count on him showing up once that phone rings.
