He's Tomoyo's half brother and basically a NEET, though he stays busy fighting other ability users in something called "Fairy Wars." His power is "Pinpoint Abyss"—he opens wormholes that suck opponents in and spit them back out at wherever they came from, with zero memory of what just went down. He's got that chuunibyou thing going on like Jurai, except his delusions actually have some basis in reality. Most of the time he works solo, but he'll occasionally run with other power users who are also into the Fairy Wars scene.
He used to have his act together—went to college and held down a job—but that's all behind him now. These days he really hates being called by his real name and insists on going by "Kiryuu Heldkaiser Luci- First" instead.
