Hamaji Youhei is a high school freshman who's basically coasting through life. He's lazy, struggles with schoolwork, has no athletic talent, and gives up on everything he tries. On top of that, he's a total pervert who keeps striking out with girls. Things shift when he joins the water polo club—and yeah, his reasons for signing up aren't exactly pure. But as he gets more into it, he actually starts loving the sport itself. More importantly, the club captain becomes his motivation to get his act together and break some of his worst habits. He's still pretty much a perv though, so not everything changes.
