His obsession with reaching a symbolic 100 drove him to target Genkai, the legendary martial arts master herself.
When Genkai announced a tournament to find her successor, Rando saw the perfect opportunity. He entered the competition specifically to fight her and claim his hundredth victim—and with it, her techniques.
