An elf and guildmaster of the Adventurer's Guild in Dolan, a dungeon city. Elrand used to be an active adventurer himself, and he's known for being genuinely skilled—a capable swordsman and butcher who knows how to break down monsters properly. He's best known, though, for being absolutely obsessed with dragons and having a reputation for eccentric behavior that makes him memorable to anyone who meets him.
He first encounters Mukohda and his party when they show up looking for help butchering a rare earth dragon. It's the kind of job that probably appeals to him on multiple levels, given his interests.
