Uri Reiss was Rod's younger brother and Frieda's uncle—basically royalty within the Walls. He actually served as the true king for a while before 842, which is pretty significant considering how the whole monarchy thing worked in their world. He's probably best known for being Kenny Ackermann's closest friend, which was a pretty meaningful connection given everything that went down between them.
