Clemene is a dragon aligned with the Harmony Faction, known for being secretive and hard to pin down. He's hostile toward humans across the board, but his real vendetta is against the Chaos Faction—he's sworn to wipe them out entirely.
Things get messy when he tracks Llulu to Earth with every intention of killing her. Kobayashi and Tohru step in to protect her, but Clemene loses it and punches Kobayashi, who happens to be in the way. This is a big deal because Harmony dragons, despite their distaste for humans, have an unspoken rule against actually harming them. It's a line they don't cross.
Tohru doesn't take kindly to this betrayal of their code. She goes all out on him in retaliation, and when she's done, his memories are completely wiped.
