Sana is the homeroom teacher for Koguma (Bear Cub) Class. He's got a reputation for being lazy and constantly napping, but he's actually a genuinely talented nursery teacher—his real skill is something called Yoshi Yoshi Magic, which lets him put any kid to sleep instantly. The technique is called "Good Night Yoshi Yoshi," and it works every single time.
The downside? His coworker Jun absolutely hates it when Sana naps with the kindergarteners. Apparently it happens often enough that it's become a running point of friction between them.
Before taking this job, Sana worked at the elite Junior Kingdom Preschool for a while, though he moved on last year to his current position.
