Tellu (called Telulu in the English dub) is one of the Witches 5, taking her name from the mineral tellurite.
The anime version has her tasked with collecting pure hearts. Her scheme is pretty clever—she opens a flower shop and gives away beautiful potted plants called Telluns, which later extract the pure hearts from their owners so she can gather them in a magical container. When Sailor Moon, Chibi Moon, Pluto, and Tuxedo Mask finally track her down, she brings out her strongest weapon: the Hyper-Tellun. It doesn't work.
In the manga, she's ranked as the fourth Witch of the five instead of third, and goes by the name Lulu Teruno. She manages the Garden and botanical areas within Infinity Academy's Physical Division and is classified at Level 404. Her signature attack is called Mandragora Buster. Like her anime counterpart, she relies on artificial plants to steal Hostes from people, but the Sailor Senshi shut her down before she can pull it off.
