Sonic Amigo
A costumed vigilante figure who's built a reputation by patrolling the streets in a superhero-style outfit, taking on troublemakers and helping people in need. He goes by the nickname "Sonic Amigo" and has become something of a local celebrity for his antics.
He's pretty accessible to fans—photos and handshakes are totally fine—but he draws the line at autographs, which he doesn't do.
