Brom the Blacksmith is a dwarf blacksmith psypher weapon builder who served in both of the kingdoms of Ragnanival and Ringford during their war with each other. He was the responsible creator of both Oswald and Mercedes psypher weapons, Belderiver and Riblam respectively. He may have also created Velvet's psypher, Graveryl.
