Professor Ivy's Assistants
The three women who work as assistants to Professor Ivy on Valencia Island are collectively known as the triplets. Their individual names are Minami, Tsunami, and Konami (Japanese: ミナミ, ツナミ, コナミ).
They first showed up in "Poké Ball Peril," where it became clear they're solid at their research work but pretty hopeless when it comes to cooking and cleaning. That domestic dysfunction actually struck a chord with Brock—it reminded him so much of managing his own large household that he decided to stay on as Professor Ivy's assistant instead of continuing on with Ash through the Orange Islands. The triplets made a brief return in a flashback during "A Tent Situation."
