Otoko's obsessed with finding an "Underwater Organism"—basically a cryptid that supposedly exists somewhere out there. His friend thinks he's chasing ghosts; she's skeptical about the whole thing, especially since all they've got to go on is military police rumors and hearsay. But Otoko's not buying the dismissal. He's convinced enough that he decides to actually dive into the Sea of Mist to track down one of these creatures himself.
He shows up as part of the LIMB LEGION storyline.
