Kureha Clyret is a female knight from Jioral Kingdom, widely known as the Blade Goddess. She starts out fighting against Keyaru and his crew, but switches sides after discovering the kingdom's role in some serious crimes.
What sets her apart from most other Jioral loyalists is her actual sense of honor and justice. When Keyaru restores her missing arm, she's genuinely grateful and immediately offers to repay the debt. She's serious about not letting the Clyret swordsmanship be used for evil—so serious that she confronted Keyaru after learning he'd killed troops she believed were defending the Ice Wolf tribe. She's also pretty firmly against enslaving demi-humans, which made her upset when she thought Setsuna had been forced into servitude.
